47th annual Fall Meeting of the American Geophysical Union

The AGU Fall Meeting is the largest worldwide conference in the geophysical sciences, attracting more than 22,000 Earth and space scientists, educators, students, and other leaders from around the world to connect with colleagues, broaden their knowledge base, and embrace the joy of science.
This year the theme of the Meeting will be Reducing Disaster: Early Warning Systems for Environmental and Climate Change, and conferences and workshops will also talk on "effective utilization of satellite observations for assessing transnational impact of disasters, with case studies providing detailed examples of warning systems".
