Hurricane Jimena threatening south Baja California, Mexican Gov. issued sit rep and declared ORANGE alert for south Baja California, begun evacuations of populations in areas at risk, set up temporary shelters; Governor of Baja California declared state of emergency, requested help from government agencies.
