Metop ASCAT Soil Moisture Data Viewer (TU Wien)

Description:	This viewer allows you to display soil moisture data derived from Advanced Scatterometer (ASCAT) backscatter measurements. The three basic data types shown in the viewer are: 1) surface soil moisture data generated by EUMETSAT (most recent observations) and TU Wien (historic data) within the framework of the H-SAF project, 2) Soil Water Index (SWI) data generated by TU Wien within the framework of the Copernicus/GMES Global Land Service, and 3) Error estimates and model parameters for deriving the ASCAT soil moisture data.
