It provides: • Links and guidance on satellite data sources and applications • Recommended practices and step-by-step methodologies • Training materials and tutorials • Case studies and user stories from real-world applications • News and updates on UN-SPIDER activities, events, and global developments
Since its last major review in 2012, the Portal has evolved significantly. Now, we want to hear from you.
We invite you to take part in the 2025 evaluation of the UN-SPIDER Knowledge Portal!
The increasing globalization and commercialization of space coupled with dramatic changes in U.S. space policy have created a dynamic and sometimes challenging environment for space businesses. The chief executive officers of four major space companies will address the environment, the issues and the future at the Space Foundation's 27th National Space Symposium next April at The Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs, Colo.
The 27th National Space Symposium includes forums, panels, presentations, special dinners and luncheons, engaging programs for teachers and students, the newly expanded Boeing Exhibit Center, the Cyber 1.1 workshop, New Generation Space Leaders programs for young, up-and-coming space professionals, awards presentations, the wildly popular Space Technology Hall of Fame® dinner, and a special Industry Salutes the Space Shuttle luncheon.
