The theme of ISGNSS 2013 is "Connecting Continents through GNSS where Europe and Asia Meet." It will be held from October 22 through 25 at the Congress Center in Yildiz Technical University of Istanbul. The first conference in this series was held in 1999 in Japan. The ISGNSS International Program Committee is headed by Prof. Sang Jeong Lee of Korea's Chungnam National University.
