The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is the UN’s global development organization. It advocates for change and connects the Pacific to knowledge, experience and resources to help people build a better life. The UNDP Fiji Multi-Country Office covers 10 countries - Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Nauru, Palau, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu and Vanuatu.
The principal role of the Ministry of Lands, Surveys, Natural Resources and Environment is managing lands, mineral resources and energy for the benefit of all its stakeholders and developing and implementing programmes for the environment. The Ministry activities are carried out through operation and technical support services such as survey, draughting, computing, physical planning, and geology.
