The Environment Plan for Sustainable Development defines the main axes managers and benchmarks for a sustainable development. It aims to determine the strategy around which to build a framework of fight against poverty and to develop a sustainable development that takes into account the environment in all its dimensions. The design of this plan is based on a long term vision of environmental policy in a concerted and coordinated action.
